Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description

Join our innovative team in Littleton, CO as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where you will support build, integration, and production ramp activities for advanced aerospace hardware. This role demands a close collaboration with engineering and production teams to seamlessly take products from design to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own manufacturing readiness for parts and assemblies.
  • Support production build activities and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Troubleshoot yield, quality, and throughput challenges.
  • Develop work instructions, travelers, and tooling.
  • Partner with supply chain and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as the manufacturing owner for assigned parts and products, ensuring readiness, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Drive process improvements, including cycle time reduction and production scaling.
  • Resolve manufacturing issues impacting yield, throughput, and quality.
  • Support Assembly, Integration & Test activities.
  • Participate in non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Provide manufacturing input during design reviews.
  • Design and implement tooling and process solutions.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
  • Support production floor activities and work directly with technicians.
  • Manage manufacturing orders and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement on material availability and inventory.
  • Track inventory and ensure readiness for production.
  • Mentor and train technicians on processes and procedures.
Essential Skills
  • 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Strong production floor presence and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in regulated/high-reliability environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Design for manufacturing expertise.
  • GD&T knowledge.
  • Electronic Work Instruction Creation.
  • High Reliability Manufacturing.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • CAD software proficiency.
  • IPC 620 Certification.
  • Ability to perform tolerance stack-ups and analyses.
  • Experience in R&D for new processes or vendors.
Work Environment

The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a business casual dress code. It includes cleanroom environments and office spaces, promoting collaboration and innovation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Littleton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $68.00/hr.
