Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy for a diverse student population (PreK-12)
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluation teams
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
  • Document service delivery and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource to school staff on speech/language concerns
