Production Associate | 3rd Shift | $24.75/hr

What You’ll Do
- Receive, handle, and process milk in compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Follow established procedures to ensure safe, efficient product flow
- Support production and warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, and staging materials
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to keep operations running smoothly
- Complete required documentation accurately with strong attention to detail
- Use basic computer and Microsoft Office skills for data entry and recordkeeping
- Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain product quality
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
- Report any issues related to quality, equipment, or safety
- Manage tasks independently when needed and stay productive throughout the shift
- Learn and follow evolving processes and procedures
What You Bring
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor environments
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Background in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Experience in food and beverage or other regulated industries

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr.
