What You’ll Do

• Receive, handle, and process milk in compliance with state regulations and company standards
• Follow established procedures to ensure safe, efficient product flow
• Support production and warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, and staging materials
• Maintain clean, organized work areas to keep operations running smoothly
• Complete required documentation accurately with strong attention to detail
• Use basic computer and Microsoft Office skills for data entry and recordkeeping
• Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain product quality
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Report any issues related to quality, equipment, or safety
• Manage tasks independently when needed and stay productive throughout the shift
• Learn and follow evolving processes and procedures

What You Bring

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor environments
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Experience

• Background in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Experience in food and beverage or other regulated industries
• Comfort working in structured environments with established processes

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Elma, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr.
