This role focuses on the precise final assembly of small firearm components, ensuring each product meets strict quality and performance standards. You will use mechanical assembly techniques, hand tools, and power tools while interpreting blueprints and working in a high-production, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform small parts final assembly of firearms by accurately putting together all components of the product.
- Ensure all assemblies meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Use mechanical assembly techniques, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively during daily tasks.
- Interpret and follow blueprints and technical drawings to guide the assembly process.
- Inspect assembled parts and products for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues and report or correct them as needed.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Work efficiently on an assembly line to meet high production numbers and daily output goals.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and support continuous improvement.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn firearm assembly processes.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with mechanical assembly or parts assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Consistent work ethic, reliability, and strong job tenure.
- Positive, proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to team success.
- Ability to stand on feet for the duration of the shift and work at a sustained production pace.
- Strong character and professionalism in a structured manufacturing setting.
- Previous firearm assembly experience is a plus.
- Experience with production environments that require high output and accuracy.
- Comfort working with mechanical components and performing basic repairs when needed.
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays or extended shifts.

Work Environment
You will work in a brand new, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. The role is based on an assembly line where you will stand on your feet throughout the shift and work toward high production numbers in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is central to daily operations, and you will collaborate closely with other technicians and production staff. The standard schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime available, including occasional Saturdays or extended hours at the end of shifts. The environment emphasizes safety, consistent procedures, and the effective use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
