Inventory Clerk

Location: Pasadena

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all stock-keeping units (SKUs) are correctly matched and verified across systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a sharp eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Match SKUs across inventory systems and physical stock.
• Verify data accuracy for incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Maintain organized records of inventory transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory data.
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or data entry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
