With multiple shifts available (Day, Swing, and Graveyard), you’ll have the flexibility to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience on a large-scale, fast-paced job site.
What You’ll DoAs a Construction Laborer, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the job site running safely and efficiently:
- Help set up rigging systems—pulleys, hoists, and lifting gear—to safely move heavy equipment
- Assist with precision alignment, leveling, and anchoring of industrial machinery
- Secure loads and communicate clearly with operators during lifts and equipment movement
- Prepare and maintain the job site—cleaning debris, building supports, and erecting scaffolding
- Use power tools and equipment such as jackhammers, drills, laser levels, and skid steers
- Support concrete work, material handling, and basic millwright-related tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and help maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
- Work closely with your team to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
- 2+ years of construction or general labor experience (commercial or industrial preferred)
- Confidence using hand and power tools in a construction setting
- Experience with or exposure to rigging equipment is a strong plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting/moving up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Comfort working outdoors, in active job sites, and varying conditions
- Basic mechanical understanding and ability to follow technical instructions
- Must be 18+ and able to wear required PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, etc.)
- Millwright or heavy equipment installation experience
- Commercial/industrial concrete work
- Forklift operation or certification
- Experience on large-scale industrial or construction projects
- Flexible shifts – choose from Day, Swing, or Night schedules
- Gain experience on a large, high-profile industrial project
- Work alongside skilled tradespeople and experienced crews
- Opportunity for ongoing projects across the Bay Area and California
- Be part of a team that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right
- Fast-paced, highly physical work environment
- Long shifts available (10–16 hours depending on project needs)
- Outdoor and industrial conditions, including noise and confined spaces
- Frequent movement—standing, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering materials
- Daily use of tools, heavy equipment, and rigging systems
This position is ideal for individuals who:
- Enjoy hands-on, physically active work
- Want to grow their experience in industrial construction
- Take pride in being dependable and part of a team
