Staff Pharmacist in Framingham, MA

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to manage evening operations at a closed-door, long-term care facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This direct hire position demands a detail-oriented professional ready to oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
• Overseeing and supporting pharmacy technicians
• Dispensing approximately 600 prescriptions daily
• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and facility protocols
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
• Rotating weekends required
