Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: Temporary (a few months)
Location: Missoula, MT

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Carpenter / General Laborer to join our team for residential construction projects. This position involves hands-on work in building, repairing, and maintaining residential structures. The ideal candidate has prior construction experience, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in showing up ready to work each day.

• Assist with residential construction tasks including framing, finishing, and general carpentry work
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Perform general labor duties such as material handling, site cleanup, and assisting the owner
• Follow project instructions and maintain a safe, organized job site
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time

• Previous construction or carpentry experience required
• Must be reliable and show up consistently and on time
• Ability to commute to job sites
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks (lifting, standing, bending, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices
