Luxury Leasing Consultant

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team in Oakland Park, FL. This position plays a key role in the success of our residential property by facilitating the leasing process, maximizing occupancy, and providing exceptional service to current and prospective residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or leasing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of available units
• Market properties through online listings, social media, and other platforms to attract potential tenants
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents
• Process rental applications, including background and reference checks
• Prepare and explain lease agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Maintain accurate records related to property availability, resident interactions, and leasing documents
• Coordinate with the property management team to address maintenance issues and ensure properties remain well-maintained
• Support resident engagement initiatives and promote a strong sense of community
