💲 Pay: $14 - $22/hour (based on experience)

A leading staffing agency is currently hiring Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing facilities throughout Lorain County. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a variety of industrial machines (saws, presses, CNC equipment, and more)
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
• Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools
• Load and unload materials and support production flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to read a tape measure (training available)
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different machines and processes
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Experience operating saws, CNC machines, or other production equipment
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Basic computer skills
• Welding knowledge or ability to identify weld quality
