Job Description

·                     Lead and manage a team of 5 facility technicians across 2 commercial facilities — 1 in Richfield and 1 in Bedford

·                     Coordinate installations and oversee work through completion, ensuring contract compliance at all times

·                     Collaborate with outside contractors for landscaping, fire systems, and HVAC services

·                     Serve as a hands-on leader for general carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical repair and maintenance

Key Requirements 

·                     Demonstrated facility maintenance expertise with strong leadership capabilities

·                     Proven hands-on ability in building systems maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical
