Job Description

Hiring Immediately - Bilingual Production Line Lead - Elgin, IL:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Production Line Lead jobs in Elgin, IL. As a Production Line Lead, you will be responsible for fulfilling work orders through the management of materials, personnel and equipment to meet established performance goals. Weekly pay starting at $22 - $24/hr.

Requirements:

Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish
Must have 1-3 years of experience leading teams
Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities
Previous Assembly, manufacturing, or Warehouse experience

Responsibilities

Track daily attendance
Train new employees in the positions they are assigned.
Responsible for maintaining production high quality standards.
Responsible for tracking and meeting daily production goals.
Responsible for keeping accountability of the line production including checking the materials as arrive and returning what is left over.
Responsible for filling the line labor summary sheets with each production order as requested.
Other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed.

Schedule - We have openings on 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
