📦 Packager – Entry Level | Climate‑Controlled Facility | Fast‑Paced Production

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Support extrusion operators by performing assembly and packaging tasks
• Assemble cartridge housings using small hand tools with accuracy and attention to detail
• Label cartridges clearly and correctly according to production requirements
• Package extruded plastic materials rolled onto large spools (similar to wire or yarn)
• Remove finished spools from machines, wrap them, and load them into cartridges
• Maintain a steady production pace to meet daily output goals
• Follow written and digital work instructions using basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following safety and quality standards
• Communicate issues promptly with supervisors and team members

📌 Essential Skills

• 6+ months experience in packaging, warehouse, pick‑and‑pack, or assembly
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Comfort using small hand tools
• Strong attention to detail for labeling and packaging accuracy
• Ability to follow safety procedures consistently

• Plastics or extrusion experience
• Machine operator or machine support experience
• Experience in labeling or warehouse operations
• Adaptability to changing production needs
• Strong teamwork and communication

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
