Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll be an integral part of a dedicated team serving students across multiple schools throughout the district from August 26, 2026, through June 17, 2027. Key Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred
- Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for training and collaboration
- Skilled at real-time data collection and analysis
- Flexible, solution-oriented mindset to travel between school sites each week
- Experience modeling interventions and consulting with diverse teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services, supporting effective behavioral interventions districtwide
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations including FBAs and development of individualized BSPs
- Gather, organize, and analyze behavioral data to inform planning and progress
- Model behavioral strategies in-classrooms and train school staff in evidence-based practices
- Regularly travel between schools, ensuring consistent support for students and teachers
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to build staff capacity and optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required
