Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred
• Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for training and collaboration
• Skilled at real-time data collection and analysis
• Flexible, solution-oriented mindset to travel between school sites each week
• Experience modeling interventions and consulting with diverse teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation services, supporting effective behavioral interventions districtwide
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including FBAs and development of individualized BSPs
• Gather, organize, and analyze behavioral data to inform planning and progress
• Model behavioral strategies in-classrooms and train school staff in evidence-based practices
• Regularly travel between schools, ensuring consistent support for students and teachers
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to build staff capacity and optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required
