Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations by accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment. You will also support shipping and receiving activities and ensure the warehouse remains organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and manage warehouse inventory with precision.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to standardized procedures.
• Unload incoming delivery trucks, accurately identify and document materials, and note any discrepancies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including light material handling tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and performing daily safety inspections.
• Ensure all shipments are prepared in compliance with customer standards and expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift and move inventory, sometimes requiring physical exertion.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment following manufacturer instructions.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Steel-toed boots are required to ensure safety in the warehouse.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
• Competitive starting pay: $25.50/hour once hired (comprising $22.00 base + $3.50 differential) depending on experience.
• Weekly pay with comprehensive benefits package.
