Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or closely related field
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist licensure

- Deep understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP processes

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and interpret results to determine eligibility for special education services or recommend interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a team approach
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, following all local and state guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student growth
