Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Special Education Certification required
• Prior experience working with elementary students (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support to elementary students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with general education staff, related service providers, and families to promote student success
• Monitor and document each student’s progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Foster an engaging, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
