Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification required
- Prior experience working with elementary students (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to elementary students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, related service providers, and families to promote student success
- Monitor and document each student’s progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Foster an engaging, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
As part of this contract, you’ll enjoy competitive hourly pay of $37.50, working 37.5 hours per week across five days. The caseload and number of students will be clarified during the interview process, ensuring a good fit for your skills and preferences.
