Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required in school psychology or related field
- Active Michigan school psychologist licensure
- Demonstrated experience in assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention within elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, including MTSS/RTI, functional behavior assessments, and development of behavior intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments for academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Develop and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with IEP teams
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop supports for student success
- Assist with crisis response and contribute to the development of safe schools initiatives
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and state guidelines
