Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required in school psychology or related field
  • Active Michigan school psychologist licensure
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention within elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, including MTSS/RTI, functional behavior assessments, and development of behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group assessments for academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Develop and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop supports for student success
  • Assist with crisis response and contribute to the development of safe schools initiatives
  • Maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and state guidelines
