Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
  • Valid (or in-progress) Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license; must provide documentation with application
  • At least one year of proven classroom experience, ideally within special education
  • Known for flexibility, collaboration, and team spirit
  • Passion for supporting students with varied needs and advocating for inclusive practices

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and academic support to students receiving special education services
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Use creative strategies to foster engagement and success for every learner
  • Maintain thorough, timely progress monitoring and documentation
  • Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration regarding student progress
  • Contribute to school initiatives and participate in ongoing professional development
