Weather Shield, part of the Pella Family of Brands, is hiring Production Associates to join our growing team in Medford. If you enjoy hands-on work and building quality products, this is a great opportunity for stable, long-term employment.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.00/hr
• +$2.50/hr for 2nd shift
• Automatic $0.50 raises at 90 days and 6 months
• Consistent hours + overtime available

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs early mornings (OT Fridays as needed)
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs afternoons (training on 1st shift)

What You’ll Do

• Assemble windows and doors using hand tools and machinery
• Read work instructions and follow production processes
• Measure, align, and fit parts accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Keep work area safe and organized

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or hands-on work preferred
• Ability to use tools and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED preferred
