- Comfort working in a manufacturing or industrial environment with loud and busy conditions.
- Basic experience with manufacturing tasks such as assembly, machine operation, parts washing, or quality checks.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and accurately match parts to correct bins and labels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in metal manufacturing, machining, or automotive parts production.
- Experience in general manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation.
- Familiarity with basic quality inspection processes in a production environment.
- Willingness to work frequent Saturday shifts and occasional Sunday shifts as required by production demands.

You will gain exposure to modern manufacturing processes, including working alongside robotic equipment, which can help you develop valuable skills for future growth in the industrial sector.
Work Environment
The role is based in a metal manufacturing facility where metal machining is performed. The environment is loud, busy, and fast-paced, with well-lit work areas to support safe handling of parts. You will regularly lift parts from waist height and knee height to waist height, placing them onto equipment or into bins. Shifts run on a rotating schedule with days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., afternoons from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and midnights from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The position requires working many Saturdays and occasional Sundays, with Sunday work paid at a higher rate.
