Staff Pharmacist - Collierville, Tennessee

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized pharmaceutical care in a low-volume specialty pharmacy setting focused on patients with complex conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders. The role emphasizes clinical patient management, therapy-specific expertise, and patient education within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients requiring infused drugs, including factor replacement therapies and novel agents such as emicizumab.
• Educate patients and their families on drug administration techniques, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe home handling.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Partner with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance plans, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required.
• Experience with CareTend software highly preferred; training available.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if needed.
