Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field required
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist licensure
- Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Provide direct mental health and behavioral support to students
- Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school community
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise to inform best practices for student development
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers and parents, facilitating effective communication and student advocacy
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state policies
