Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator – Robotic Welding to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts into robotic welding machines
- Monitor welding operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate and make basic adjustments to robotic welding equipment
- Perform minor MIG weld touch-ups when needed
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and gauges
- Move materials using forklifts, cranes, and hoists as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- MIG welding experience is a plus, but not required
- Forklift or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attendance and reliability are required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production demands
