Job Description
Location: York, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift (Train on 1st shift for ~3 weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Overview: Operate a cherry picker and stand-up forklift to pull and prepare wallpaper orders in a warehouse setting.
Work at heights up to 25–30 feet while ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cherry picker, stand-up forklift & swing reach equipment
- Pick orders using paper pick sheets with high accuracy
- Verify item numbers, locations, and quantities
- Stage and prepare orders for shipping
- Process shipments using UPS & FedEx systems
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Wear safety harness while working at heights
- Maintain clean, organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- 2+ years forklift experience
- 1+ year cherry picker or order picker experience preferred
- Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow pick sheets
- Comfortable working at heights (25–30 ft)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work full shift wearing safety harness
Preferred Skills
- UPS / FedEx shipping experience
- Inventory, picking, and staging experience
- Electric pallet jack or reach truck experience
- Team-oriented mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
