Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 A&P Mechanics for a contract opportunity in Trumbull, CT.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- A&P required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoots, repairs and services aircraft and engine systems and may be responsible for inspection. Interprets and uses various test equipment and works from wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals. May maintain FAA required records, manuals and inspection forms. May fuel and groom the aircraft.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
WORK HOURS
- 4/10-1st Shift
ADDITIONAL
This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
