Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare-focused SLP settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in line with educational standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
- Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student success
- Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements for school-based SLPs
