Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential to better serve a diverse student population.
- Eligibility for, or possession of, a current CDE license is required (please include documentation with your application).
- At least one year of classroom teaching experience is necessary to ensure readiness for the demands of a resource role.
- Proven ability to collaborate as part of an inclusive, multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible mindset and commitment to adapting strategies for diverse learner needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with varying learning needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians and team members on student progress and strategies.
- Contribute actively to team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
