We are looking for a mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team!

Production Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)

• Load parts onto a carousel rack line
• Unload finished parts into boxes and crates
• Perform visual quality inspections throughout the production process
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
• Communicate equipment concerns to maintenance personnel
• Maintain production flow and ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Production Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Machine operator experience
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting awareness
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on a catwalk approximately 3 feet off the ground
• Ability to lift 1–2 lbs repeatedly and up to 35 lbs occasionally
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
