Job Description
· Perform general maintenance for residential and light commercial building repairs
· Execute carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical, and plumbing tasks across assigned properties
· Coordinate with and engage subcontractors to address more complex maintenance issues
Key Requirements
· Demonstrated general facility maintenance skills across multiple trades
· Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
