Title: Equipment Technician III

Location: 880 Technology Park Drive, Billerica, MA 01821

Pay rate: $30 - $35/hr on W2

Shift: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (2nd shift) and 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (3rd Shift). The Manager is open to adjusting if needed based on candidates' interest in these times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Support equipment installation, setup, calibration, and changeovers.
• Conduct testing, diagnostics, adjustments, and repairs using schematics and technical instructions.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist with root cause investigations and equipment reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with calibration, testing, and equipment repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Manufacturing, electronics, mechanical, electromechanical, or related technical background preferred.
