📍 Pittsfield, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | ☀️ Days (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
\n Seeking an experienced Mammography/X-Ray Technologist to join a busy imaging department. This role requires proficiency in both Mammography and General X-Ray, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
\n Responsibilities:
\n Perform high-quality Mammography and General X-Ray examinations
\n Operate imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort
\n Maintain accurate imaging documentation using PACS/RIS systems
\n Follow radiation safety, infection control, and departmental protocols
\n Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to support timely diagnosis
\n Assist with quality assurance and maintain imaging equipment
\n Requirements:
\n Minimum 2 years of X-Ray experience (including 1 year of current experience)
\n Minimum 2 years of current Mammography experience
\n ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required
\n Active Massachusetts Radiology License (or application in process)
\n Current AHA BLS certification
\n Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
\n Proficiency in both Mammography and General Radiography
\n Reliable personal vehicle required
\n Assignment Details:
\n 13-week assignment
\n 40 hours per week
\n Day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
\n No scheduled weekends (holiday coverage as needed)
\n No on-call
\n Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
\n 10- and 12-hour shift requests are not available for this assignment
