Job Description
\nAs an LPN in this setting, you’ll deliver patient care with confidence and independence while collaborating with a supportive medical team. Your night will include:

• Administering medications and treatments
\n\t
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to medical needs
\n\t
• Assisting with sick call and chronic care clinics
\n\t
• Performing intake screenings and health assessments
\n\t
• Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records

• Collaborating with RNs, providers, and custody staff to ensure continuity of care
