Requirements\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
\n
• Active Iowa RN License
\n
• AHA BLS & ACLS
\n
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process
\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
\n
• Educate patients and families
\n
• Direct and supervise ancillary staff
\n
• Maintain professional nursing standards
\n

Health & Screening Requirements\n

• MMR
\n
• Varicella
\n
• Polio
\n
• Hepatitis B series/titer or declination
\n
• Tdap (within 10 years)
\n
• Flu vaccine (during flu season)
\n
• TB screening (2-step Mantoux or QuantiFERON Gold)
\n
• Physical within 1 year
\n
• 10-panel drug screen (within 1 month)
\n
• Respirator fit test (within 1 year)
\n
• Criminal background check
\n
• Sex offender registry check
\n
• GSA/SAM and OIG screening
\n

Additional Requirements\n

\n
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter certifications (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse) or completion before start
\n
• Completion of required CareLearning modules prior to assignment start
\n
• All compliance documents must be submitted at least 5 business days before the contract start date
\n
