    Job Details
  • The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
  • The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care.
  • Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
  • Delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
  • Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
  • This is a float pool position - must be willing to float between departments and the following four facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
    Job Requirements
  • Arizona state nursing license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty required.
  • Cerner EMR experience required.
    Schedule Information
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.
  • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.
  • 36 hours per week.
  • Will consider 48-hour guarantee.
    Unit Specific Information
  • MS/Telemetry unit.
  • Ratio: 6 patients to 1 nurse.
  • Scrub color: Any color.
    Additional Details
