Job Description\nWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will possess essential RN skills, with experience in behavioral health and medical-surgical settings. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to geriatric patients facing psychological challenges, with a focus on dementia-related conditions.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to psychiatric patients. \n
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and utilize the EHR system. \n
- Assist in patient evaluations and treatment strategies. \n
- \n
- Active RN license in Tennessee. \n
- BLS certification. \n
- CPI/HWC certification. \n
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health. \n
