Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a hospital-based anesthesia role. Join a collaborative anesthesia team and enjoy a weekday schedule, diverse surgical cases, and a rewarding practice environment with strong team support.

Job Details

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia
• Case Mix: Neuro, general surgery, OBGYN, orthopedic, GI, ENT, plastics, urology, podiatry, labor epidurals, and spinal anesthesia for C-sections

CRNA Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience preferred
• Active Texas CRNA license required
• Board certification required
• BLS certification preferred
• OB anesthesia experience and strong regional anesthesia proficiency required
• Neurosurgery experience cannot be excluded
• Experience with vascular and thoracic surgery is helpful
• Pediatric anesthesia experience is a plus
• Ability to provide availability at time of presentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
• Support labor epidurals and spinal anesthesia for C-sections
• Deliver efficient care for both routine and high-acuity surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the anesthesia team
• Adapt to a busy hospital environment with multiple specialties
• Contribute to consistent coverage and high-quality patient care
