• Pay built to outperform. Earn up to 80CPM, including 75CPM base pay plus up to 5CPM in bonus incentives, with top weeks reaching $2,200 for top weeks.*

• More total home time. Road Warrior drivers get a REAL break between trips.  10 to 20 straight days at home.  No rushed 34 hr resets or 2 days that disappear-an opportunity to truly fill your tank full before you hit the road again.

• $1,725 weekly minimum guaranteed pay.* We have skin in the game to keep you running. If you're giving us time, you're getting paid.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Road Warrior OTR 80CPM pay is comprised of a 75CPM base pay and 5CPM in temporary bonuses applicable for the first 6 months of employment.
