Job Description:
Provide care to patients in an Emergency Room setting, with a responsibility to manage their own ER holds and occasionally perform triage duties.
Responsibilities:
- Care for patients with common diagnoses such as trauma, stroke, sepsis, CHF, cardiac conditions.
- Utilize EMR system Paragon for charting and patient management.
- Read ECG rhythms as there are no Monitor Techs on the unit.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Emergency Department (ED).
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse.
