- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients. \n
- Perform maternal, fetal, and newborn assessments and continuously monitor patient status. \n
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and modify individualized nursing care plans. \n
- Assist physicians during labor, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and postpartum recovery. \n
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other prescribed treatments. \n
- Participate in unit initiatives, quality improvement activities, and orientation of new staff when assigned. \n

Rotate between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units based on department needs.

- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM \n
- 36 Hours per Week (3x12s) \n
- 13-Week Travel Assignment \n
- Every 3rd Weekend Required \n
- On-Call Required (30-minute response time)

- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License \n
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. \n
- Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery, OB, and/or Postpartum nursing experience. \n
- Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications. \n
- Strong maternal-child assessment, critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills. \n
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment.
