DescriptionThe Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) performs clinical laboratory testing across various disciplines, including microbiology and chemistry. The MLS maintains accurate records, interprets results, and ensures quality control. This role involves technical guidance to staff and students, along with responsibilities in policy development and participation in committees. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle physical demands of the job. The MLS supports the hospital's mission and engages in continuous education.Highlights
