Your impact

• Develop parts and tooling; refine and stabilize manufacturing processes in cold heading.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Sales to troubleshoot issues and boost efficiency.
• Support quoting, conduct feasibility/manufacturability reviews, and handle technical customer inquiries.
• Analyze processes and implement continuous improvement to reduce waste and defects.
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Serve as a go‑to technical resource across departments.

What you bring

• Education: Engineering or technical education preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in fastener or cold heading industry required.
• Knowledge: Deep familiarity with cold heading processes and secondary operations required.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Compensation: Starting at $65,000+/year, commensurate with experience.
• Employment Type: Full‑time, 1st Shift, On‑site.
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Location: Rockford, IL.
