We are looking for a very gifted communicator who would LOVE to serve seniors in premier retirement communities by helping them restore their hearing and communication abilities.


The person I am praying for wakes up every morning giving thanks and looking for those assignments meant for them to HELP! They walk by faith and not by sight! This person puts others first and always does what is in their patients' best interest. They know that "you can get everything in life you want if you'll just help enough others get what they want". When you meet the person you are called to HELP, for that time, nothing else in the world exists as you focus on them. They listen because they sense you have integrity, and they know they are safe with you!

Position Information

  • Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm
  • Paid Training
  • Paid Education - Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and National Board Certification
  • PTO, Health, life, dental, vision, disability, hearing, and other

  • Base plus bonus $70,000-$105,000 per year

Compensation:

$70,000 - $105,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients and families by phone and email to discuss their hearing loss, review treatment plans, and HELP make the best decision for them.
  • Through great questions and empathic LISTENING, you allow them to admit a hearing loss, be concerned enough to get HELP today, and trust us to be the hearing rehab TEAM to care for them for life.
  • Set recurring follow-up provider appointments for ongoing care.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare industry, is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with seniors, ensuring they feel heard and understood.
  • Proven track record of building trust and long-term relationships with patients, focusing on their best interests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to help patients make informed decisions about their hearing health.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, contributing to our hearing rehab team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest hearing treatment options.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized care and attention.
  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Highly Influential through calm, clear phone and email communication.
  • Understand the emotions and Psychology of the hearing impaired.
  • Understand how technology works, backed by your TEAM.
