SummaryA respected and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the successful delivery of public works, educational, civic, municipal, and commercial construction projects throughout Los Angeles County.

Manage all field operations from project startup through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

Lead daily site meetings and coordinate field activities.
Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve jobsite challenges.
Review construction documents and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities.
Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and site records.
Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
Experience managing public works, K-12, higher education, municipal, civic, healthcare, or institutional projects.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction contracts.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple trades and coordinating complex schedules.
