Amherst Meadows Care Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in care planning and resident goal development

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Ohio SLP License
• CCC-SLP Required
• SNF/LTC experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
