Florida (Remote)

Eligible Locations: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Jacksonville, Sarasota, Naples, Fort Myers, Tallahassee, Gainesville, and surrounding areas.

$210,000 – $340,000+

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Consumer Finance Associate Attorney to join its fully remote virtual office.

Candidates must reside in Florida.

• 3–7 years of consumer financial services, commercial litigation, regulatory, or financial services experience
• Experience with consumer finance litigation, regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, or financial services matters preferred
• Familiarity with federal and state consumer protection laws, including matters involving lending, servicing, collections, or regulatory compliance
• Experience representing financial institutions, lenders, servicers, fintech companies, or other consumer financial services clients is a plus
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with attorneys across multiple offices
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Florida bar admission required
