- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and give it your all!
- Drive to meet and exceed lead quotas
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-centric office environment
- Friendly and engaging personality—you enjoy talking with people and making connections
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools (CRM systems, data entry, web browsers, etc.)
This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 12p-9p and Sat 11a-8p after 2 week training period.
To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory two‑week PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule. Starting July 13th Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
