Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1.5-hour break)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to oversee and enforce workplace safety standards in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all workers on site and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM)
- Coordinate and facilitate Pre-Task Planning (PTP) meetings
- Lead Tool Meetings prior to daily operations
- Prepare and maintain daily safety reports
- Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Assist with incident investigations and documentation
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a safety role
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate safety documentation
- Responsible for the safety and compliance of all workers on site
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
