Insurance Fraud Litigation Attorney
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000 + Bonus
Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation defense firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Fraud Litigation Attorney to join its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to work on sophisticated insurance fraud, civil recovery, and coverage matters involving both individuals and corporate entities.
What You'll Work On:
- Handling complex insurance fraud litigation in both state and federal courts
- Investigating and litigating first-party and third-party fraudulent insurance claims
- Managing insurance coverage disputes and civil recovery actions
- Drafting and arguing substantive motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and discovery-related motions
- Taking and defending depositions and managing all phases of discovery
- Conducting legal research and preparing high-level written advocacy
- Collaborating on litigation strategy, investigations, and case development
- Attending court appearances, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling insurance fraud litigation, insurance coverage disputes, complex commercial litigation, and/or RICO-related matters
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong motion practice and deposition experience
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated litigation matters
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active New York Bar admission required
- Admission to the Southern District of New York (SDNY) and Eastern District of New York (EDNY) preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $140,000 – $185,000 + performance-based bonus
