Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000 + Bonus

Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation defense firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Fraud Litigation Attorney to join its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to work on sophisticated insurance fraud, civil recovery, and coverage matters involving both individuals and corporate entities.

What You'll Work On:

• Handling complex insurance fraud litigation in both state and federal courts
• Investigating and litigating first-party and third-party fraudulent insurance claims
• Managing insurance coverage disputes and civil recovery actions
• Drafting and arguing substantive motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and discovery-related motions
• Taking and defending depositions and managing all phases of discovery
• Conducting legal research and preparing high-level written advocacy
• Collaborating on litigation strategy, investigations, and case development
• Attending court appearances, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience handling insurance fraud litigation, insurance coverage disputes, complex commercial litigation, and/or RICO-related matters
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated litigation matters
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active New York Bar admission required
• Admission to the Southern District of New York (SDNY) and Eastern District of New York (EDNY) preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $140,000 – $185,000 + performance-based bonus
