Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a subacute/skilled nursing environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and safe discharge
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians
• Supervise COTAs as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (Nebraska or eligible)
• Experience in skilled nursing or subacute preferred; new graduates considered
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach
